The workroom was on the first floor of the classroom block. The room contained an area for relaxing and studying books for inspiration, while the work area was suitably equipped with covered tables, brushes, several types of paint for glass, together with a variety of glass objects for students to decorate.

By the end of the weekend, participants on the course were delighted with the new skills they had acquired, and particularly with the many pieces of glassware adorned with their artistic creations which they took home with them.

Fran was equally delighted by the success of the course, and the beautiful work which had been produced.
